Finding the right property, with the numbers first.
Tell us what you want the property to do for you. We search, shortlist and run the numbers on every property before you see it. You decide what to view and what to offer.

What we do.
Search against your brief, run the numbers on every property, arrange viewings and negotiate the offer you approve.
What you do.
Set the brief: budget, area, and whether you want a long let or a short let. Then choose what to view and what to offer.
Who advises you.
A surveyor on condition and value. An independent solicitor on the title and any lease. FCA-authorised brokers on what you can borrow. Your accountant on tax.
Registered as a sourcing agent.
Naras Real Estate is registered with The Property Ombudsman, including as a property sourcing agent. If a complaint can't be settled with us, you can take it to them.

Rent and yield figures on a shortlist are estimates. Advice comes from the authorised professionals we introduce you to.
Sourcing, in plain terms.
Where do you search?
We agree the areas with you when we set the brief. Our team runs homes in London, Reading and Staffordshire, so we know those areas first-hand.
Can you find below-market-value deals?
We don't sell on that label. We check every asking price against recent sales nearby, and the surveyor's or lender's valuation is the final test.
Do I need to be in the UK to view?
No. We can walk you through a property on a video call, or you can view it in person.
What do the numbers include?
Stamp duty, buying costs, the estimated rent and running costs, and the yield they add up to. They are estimates, and you can test any of them in our calculator.
