• Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8:30 a.m – 5:30 p.m)

Role Overview

As a Real Estate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing property transactions, managing client relationships, and driving the business forward through effective leadership and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will be a natural communicator, highly organised, and dedicated to providing top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property portfolios, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently and to a high standard
• Lead and develop the team to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent client relationships
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance
• Handle inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
• Organise and oversee property viewings, negotiations, and contractual agreements
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes in the real estate sector

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, with a professional telephone manner
• Strong organisational abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to manage time effectively
• A proactive approach, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• A full UK driving license is required
• Previous experience in real estate or property management is highly desirable but not essential
